I am Dinah Boamah-Nyarko, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Hephzibah Healthcare Services. The journey started in Ghana where I worked as a Medical Social Worker in one of Ghana’s top-notch hospitals after completing my bachelor’s degree in 2005 from the University of Ghana. The experiences gathered motivated me to further pursue a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Glasgow, UK in 2013.
During my stay in Glasgow, I had the opportunity to work as a caregiver with the elderly in their private homes, hospitals, facilities, and nursing homes and worked with cases such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, stroke, and rehabilitating clients. It was at this point that Hephzibah Healthcare Services became a dream, as the smiles on the faces of both the clients and their family members after they received the needed care melted my heart. Here we are now, with the dream becoming a reality as a result of professional passion meeting dire determination. Our passion is to educate, guide, and train families to cope with the associated challenges. Our greatest satisfaction is derived from seeing our seniors happy and living the best part of their adult lives during this new chapter. Hephzibah Healthcare Services boast of well-trained caregivers who are insured, licensed, bonded, and willing to assist wherever possible.
